At “SKOVEN KALDER” you can unplug for a weekend and nourish yourself immersed in nature, community and practice. We will make sure you can connect with the power of nature in this sacred spot deep in the woods of Sweden. Besides daily Rasa yoga classes you can look forward to mouthwatering vegetarian food that awakens your senses, fire in the stove, sauna and lake bath, walks in the woods and the nourishing experience of sauna gus.

SKOVEN KALDER is located in Blekinge, approx. 2.5 hours from Copenhagen and is a very unique setting for a yoga retreat.
