Transformative Sequencing and Active Language

March - April 2022

The Sequence can drive the transformative experience of a yoga class and powerfully connect your intention to the experience of your students when crafted with skill and devotion. Add to this your voice using powerful, active language that informs the student of how to engage in each pose and you have a golden recipe for a transformative offering.

During this 50 hr course you will learn to create cohesive and creative asana sequences that flow from your heart. You’ll learn how to bring into your classes elements like specific intention, mythology, yoga philosophy, mantra, mudra and pranayama that honor the rich and varied practices of the yoga tradition.

Join now to transform your yoga classes into full on and integrated experience for your students.

There are limited spaces to secure personal guidance and feedback for each student to progress with a big leap into transformative sequencing and teaching.
